The Plant-Based Food Festival
Launched by Omo Esudele of the Natural House of Wellness in Memphis, the Plant-Based Food Festival is a grassroots healthy eating movement that advocates increasing the amount of plant-based foods in our diets. The Festival is held each June, and hosted its second annual event in Overton Park in June 2013. As a part of the Festival’s organization team, I coordinated vendors, volunteers, and Festival personnel. Visit the Plant-Based Food Festival’s Facebook page to get updates.
